Six topics. One hour the audience takes for life

One hour with someone who was the show in over seventy countries and now builds the show for others. Topics that work for those just starting out and for those already in the market — and that the audience talks about on the way out.

01

Entrepreneurship

How to see opportunity where everyone sees a problem — and get the idea off paper with the resources you have today, not the ones you're missing. Told by someone who started in the circus ring and is now a partner in seven companies.

ConventionsKick-offSchoolsYoung apprentices

What's covered

  • Entrepreneurship isn't opening a company: it's solving a problem someone pays to have solved
  • The question that separates an idea from an opportunity
  • Creativity on a shoestring — the circus method, applied to business
  • The mistakes that cost dearly and how to spot them early
  • A three-step plan to leave the talk and start tomorrow

02

Communication

Johnny's specialty topic

Public speaking and NLP in practice: how to structure an idea, hold the audience's gaze and speak in a way that sticks — in the meeting, the sale, the classroom and life.

What's covered

  • Beating nerves before opening your mouth — the trick of someone who has walked on stage a thousand times
  • Speech structure: opening, tension and payoff
  • Voice, pause and body as part of the argument
  • NLP applied to everyday conversation
  • Listening, rapport and the art of convincing without pushing

03

Financial literacy

Planning, saving and first investments in plain language — from the first coins to the first paycheck. Those who learn to manage their own money take better care of the company's.

What's covered

  • Wants and needs: spending consciously without becoming a slave to the spreadsheet
  • Saving a little every month — and why a little becomes a lot
  • How to build a simple personal budget that lasts
  • Cards, instant payments and digital banking without end-of-month surprises
  • Savings accounts, CDs and government bonds explained from scratch

04

Mental health

Pressure, social media, other people's expectations: practical strategies to keep balance and self-confidence. At school, the conversation young people need to have early. At the company, content that meets Brazil's NR-1 standard on psychosocial risks.

What's covered

  • At school: pressure, comparison and social media at the age when everything weighs more

  • Recognizing the signs of anxiety and stress — in yourself and in those who work with you
  • Sleep, food and movement as the foundation of well-being
  • Breathing and mindfulness in a version that fits the day
  • Criticism online without losing your self-esteem
  • The art of saying no and respecting your own limits

05

Sexuality

A frank, responsible conversation about respect, consent, diversity and gender identity. Reliable information, no taboo and no lecture — for more empathetic relationships at school, at work and in life.

  • Communication and boundaries in relationships
  • Self-knowledge, caring for your body and for others
  • Myths dismantled with information — and where to find reliable sources

06

Creativity and experience

What the circus, Broadway and the big stages teach about creating things that grab attention and stay in memory — and how to use it in a class, a meeting, a product or a brand.

What's covered

  • Why almost everything we see is forgotten within a week
  • Expectation, rhythm, surprise and payoff: what makes a moment stick

On stage

Talk at Anhembi Morumbi

Recorded at the Vila Olímpia of Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, invited by professor Rafael Pastre. Topic: stage structures for major festivals.

It's the best way to see the pace before booking.

How it works

Dynamic presentation. Audience wide awake

Accessible language, quick exercises and examples that range from backstage at Cirque du Soleil to the challenges of starting a company in Brazil.

For schools

Elementary, middle and high school, school networks, career fairs and young-apprentice programs. Fifty minutes with more than 400 slides, sound effects, artistic performances and an actor who brings humor to the topics.

For companies

Convention, kick-off, internal week, safety week, team training and client event. It also works as an opening keynote, closing or moderated conversation.

On-site setup

The host should provide a screen, a wireless microphone and a sound system. Since the presentation uses more than 400 slides and a soundtrack, it's worth checking projection and audio in advance.
